From all times there are ante­ce­dents of social com­po­si­tion inte­gra­ted by the fair and the sin­ful, somet­hing that did not change with the pas­sing of time, being this the reason why it would be too much pre­tense to have a homo­ge­neous and pure com­mu­nity. Howe­ver, it pro­ves to be dif­fi­cult to unders­tand than in this present-day Argen­tina, the peo­ple in charge of jus­tice, the legis­la­tors and the gover­ning body, in their majo­rity, do not belong to the group of the fair ones.

Even though there are some excep­tions among the magis­tra­tes, the ones cho­sen for Power do not com­ply with the neces­sary merits nee­ded to carry out their duties with exce­llence in pro­ce­du­res and rulings. The miss­ta­te­ments of con­cepts, the high­han­ded­ness, the wild and incon­sis­tent juris­pru­den­ces, lack of ethics and mocking des­po­tism cha­rac­te­rize this new judge’s behavior.

These self-proclaimed gua­ran­tors, who dis­se­mi­nate gua­ran­ties in favor of delin­quents, con­cer­ned to follow the so called ONG’s (non govern­ment orga­ni­za­tions) direc­tions that repre­sent pun­ctual human rights of the mar­gi­nal sec­tors trea­che­rously esta­blis­hing dis­tor­ted verdicts.

Trans­gres­sing laws, vio­la­ting the rights of the vic­tims with pro­ce­du­res almost iden­ti­cal, where res­pect is somet­hing from the past and where the com­mon deno­mi­na­tors in these new trials are devia­ted behaviors.

At the tri­bu­nal, the accu­sed of kid­nap­ping and later killing Axel Blum­berg, with a total lack of res­pect for jus­tice they sho­wed their devils and the most pro­found dis­po­sal for human life, with bru­tal atti­tu­des and mocke­ries they mani­fes­ted them­sel­ves with savage epit­hets, woun­ding furt­her­more the parents’ pain­ful fee­ling. Howe­ver they did not receive a type of admo­ni­tion from the magistrates.

The sen­tence arri­ved after weeks had pas­sed and facts were revi­sed, the wit­nes­ses’ accounts and pena­li­za­tion requests from dis­trict attor­neys and plain­tiffs were con­si­de­red. The ver­dict was not the expec­ted one, par­ti­ci­pants invol­ved recei­ved indul­gent penal­ties, and the direct res­pon­si­ble con­victs got life impri­son­ment, wit­hout the acces­sory for unde­ter­mi­ned time. These same sub­jects for years incu­rred in a cri­mi­nal career, pro­tec­ted in an irres­pon­si­ble coha­bi­ta­tion with the accom­pli­ces of bad offi­cials under­world, who were res­pon­si­ble for des­tro­ying evi­dence and mani­pu­la­ting the situa­tion to their own will.

Unearth per­for­mance, loa­ded of vices and negli­gence, with total lack of reaso­na­bi­lity, it was not doing well recei­ved by the Mr. Blum­berg, who atta­cked the tribunal’s indif­fe­rence, the bene­vo­lence of the penal­ties and the abu­ses of aut­ho­rity that could absolve the police’s two mem­bers, impli­ca­ted in the maca­bre plan.

There’s total impu­nity for jud­ges and dis­trict attor­neys that did not com­ply with their spe­ci­fic duties, making the cause ligh­ter than it is, lying openly and wit­hout remorse for their faults, which due to idle­ness or lack of appro­pria­te­ness, trig­ge­red Axel’s execution.

But nobody makes him­self res­pon­si­ble for the impru­dence that are carried out through public offi­cials, neit­her of the inse­cu­rity that grows and tor­ments Argen­tine families.

Juan Car­los Blum­berg mani­fes­ted his dis­cor­dance with the sen­ten­ces, alle­ging that he would appeal to the last ins­tan­ces, in addi­tion to kee­ping to the task that he impo­sed on him­self, to fight for secu­rity and justice.

Before these expres­sions he was cri­ti­ci­zed, dis­cre­di­ted and insul­ted by the Under­se­cre­tary of Lands and Social Habi­tats, Luis D’Elía, who on the edge of the law and not quite a pos­ses­sor of inte­llec­tual honesty neit­her accom­pa­nied of good habits, he alle­via­ted his resent­ments on this hono­ra­ble man, it is unders­tood that in agree­ment with the thought of the Natio­nal Government.

The pro­blems of this moral cri­sis that afflicts a sick State wit­hout mercy, which hurts people’s dig­nity and imports a deli­be­rate and ago­ni­zing injus­tice, with the only objec­tive of redu­cing to serf­dom the citi­zens who see them­sel­ves besie­ged and threa­te­ned for an aut­ho­ri­ta­tive sys­tem which does not allow self-realization is that it tries to keep the nation in obs­cu­rity by means of lies, adver­ti­sing of plan­ned plots and fic­ti­tious enemies, and it only res­ponds to the ambi­tions to esta­blish an hege­mo­nic regime in the Republic.

The Church, Blum­berg, Mar­celo Bra­gag­nolo, the mar­ches against inse­cu­rity, homage to vic­tims, oppo­nents and honest citi­zens increase the fear of Señor Kir­ch­ner, in front of the increase of the com­mon people’s adhe­sions, tired and fed-up of the offi­cial non­sense, vio­lence, and the lack of justice.

As in Greek myt­ho­logy, the Pre­si­dent feels he is an hypno­ti­zer, and dreams of put­ting the humans to sleep tou­ching them with his magic wand or fan­ning them with his sha­dowy wings, sen­sing that his power reaches the gods themselves.

But he is not a myt­ho­lo­gi­cal being, his power is limi­ted and the humans of the coun­try, that per­haps before had been able to lull, are waking up abruptly.
