About the fair and the sinful
From all times there are antecedents of social composition integrated by the fair and the sinful, something that did not change with the passing of time, being this the reason why it would be too much pretense to have a homogeneous and pure community. However, it proves to be difficult to understand than in this present-day Argentina, the people in charge of justice, the legislators and the governing body, in their majority, do not belong to the group of the fair ones.
Even though there are some exceptions among the magistrates, the ones chosen for Power do not comply with the necessary merits needed to carry out their duties with excellence in procedures and rulings. The misstatements of concepts, the highhandedness, the wild and inconsistent jurisprudences, lack of ethics and mocking despotism characterize this new judge’s behavior.
These self-proclaimed guarantors, who disseminate guaranties in favor of delinquents, concerned to follow the so called ONG’s (non government organizations) directions that represent punctual human rights of the marginal sectors treacherously establishing distorted verdicts.
Transgressing laws, violating the rights of the victims with procedures almost identical, where respect is something from the past and where the common denominators in these new trials are deviated behaviors.
At the tribunal, the accused of kidnapping and later killing Axel Blumberg, with a total lack of respect for justice they showed their devils and the most profound disposal for human life, with brutal attitudes and mockeries they manifested themselves with savage epithets, wounding furthermore the parents’ painful feeling. However they did not receive a type of admonition from the magistrates.
The sentence arrived after weeks had passed and facts were revised, the witnesses’ accounts and penalization requests from district attorneys and plaintiffs were considered. The verdict was not the expected one, participants involved received indulgent penalties, and the direct responsible convicts got life imprisonment, without the accessory for undetermined time. These same subjects for years incurred in a criminal career, protected in an irresponsible cohabitation with the accomplices of bad officials underworld, who were responsible for destroying evidence and manipulating the situation to their own will.
Unearth performance, loaded of vices and negligence, with total lack of reasonability, it was not doing well received by the Mr. Blumberg, who attacked the tribunal’s indifference, the benevolence of the penalties and the abuses of authority that could absolve the police’s two members, implicated in the macabre plan.
There’s total impunity for judges and district attorneys that did not comply with their specific duties, making the cause lighter than it is, lying openly and without remorse for their faults, which due to idleness or lack of appropriateness, triggered Axel’s execution.
But nobody makes himself responsible for the imprudence that are carried out through public officials, neither of the insecurity that grows and torments Argentine families.
Juan Carlos Blumberg manifested his discordance with the sentences, alleging that he would appeal to the last instances, in addition to keeping to the task that he imposed on himself, to fight for security and justice.
Before these expressions he was criticized, discredited and insulted by the Undersecretary of Lands and Social Habitats, Luis D’Elía, who on the edge of the law and not quite a possessor of intellectual honesty neither accompanied of good habits, he alleviated his resentments on this honorable man, it is understood that in agreement with the thought of the National Government.
The problems of this moral crisis that afflicts a sick State without mercy, which hurts people’s dignity and imports a deliberate and agonizing injustice, with the only objective of reducing to serfdom the citizens who see themselves besieged and threatened for an authoritative system which does not allow self-realization is that it tries to keep the nation in obscurity by means of lies, advertising of planned plots and fictitious enemies, and it only responds to the ambitions to establish an hegemonic regime in the Republic.
The Church, Blumberg, Marcelo Bragagnolo, the marches against insecurity, homage to victims, opponents and honest citizens increase the fear of Señor Kirchner, in front of the increase of the common people’s adhesions, tired and fed-up of the official nonsense, violence, and the lack of justice.
As in Greek mythology, the President feels he is an hypnotizer, and dreams of putting the humans to sleep touching them with his magic wand or fanning them with his shadowy wings, sensing that his power reaches the gods themselves.
But he is not a mythological being, his power is limited and the humans of the country, that perhaps before had been able to lull, are waking up abruptly.
