The change to which the Argentina candidate talked about is becoming clear. The senator when talking about “the change” was making reference to govern for the outer world and to position herself and to fortify the endorsement of her leadership with the international support

Several countries of the region look for bilateral agreements between regional presidents and try to settle as leadership making use of their resources although it means a great damage to the internal situation of their country as in Venezuela or Bolivia

Since “Venezuela is not, as everyone can believe on the basis of his oil wealth, a remarkable country for their inhabitants because:” unemployment and the inflation are in one of the highest tips of all their history. There is hunger, in many sectors and shortage of supplies, and long cues are observed to obtain foods”, accords to reveal journalistic sources, and the manifestations against the regime are continuing every day. The first reaction was perceived in Caracas when the traditional televising channel independent RCTV had been prohibited. From that incident the citizens of different segments and students are carrying out pacific marches of protest regularly, those that lamentably have not induced to any change still

That is to say, two realities that are opposed and seemed to be those that assumed these governments disputing their protagonism in the region between Chávez versus. Lula to obtain an undisputed subcontinent leadership

So as to obtain this aim both presidents are visiting different countries of the region on these days to get their protagonism

On one hand Brazil that looks for to impel the ethanol production, in the visit to Mexico in search of that cooperation between both countries for the production of the bio fuel from Rio de Janeiro and after will go to Honduras, Nicaragua, and he will also meet with Ortega, who already is join with Venezuela in strategic a bilateral alliance, and then will continue towards Jamaica and Panama. He wants to get from Mexico an ally to the production of ethanol. And he also tried to obtain the support of the Central American countries and the Caribbean.

While Hugo Chavez continues promoting the energy and hydrocarbons emphasizing their importance, since they later mean the greater production of the resources of his country, and he is also visiting Argentina and Uruguay, Bolivia and Ecuador to sign agreements in the energetic area and of petroleum’s

In Argentina the agreements are of power cooperation and bond purchase by 1000 million dollars that are what Argentina needs to pay to end with their debt year. Therefore that country, once again, is becoming close to the Bolivarian through these commitments that promote a dependency relation

Also between his proposals the supply exists to look for points of collaboration with Argentina to help the serious problem of the shortage of electrical energy, the one that exceeds the required demand existing and is on the verge of exploding Chávez would collaborate economically, according to sources,” with the fast completion of the hydroelectric complex of Yacyretá, in the border Argentinean-Paraguayan, and probably it would accelerate the repairs of the atomic usins Atucha I and II, and more ahead perhaps the concretion of Atucha Interchange of nuclear technology

The visit of Chávez takes place in Argentine electoral campaign therefore his presence will show which will be the attitude of the candidate of the that government

Respect to this territorial dispute is possible to emphasize that the Venezuelan president looks for to gain space in the region to impose the denominated socialist revolution of century XXI, strengthening the totalitarianism that promotes the chavist project

Though Brazil has an unquestionable influence in the region for several reasons: it is a country with an important industrial production and economically healthy, with a great political stability, a solid, respectful democratic system of the human rights and the liberties in general, condition that visibly suffers the Bolivarian regime, that threatens the liberties and also is possible to consider when the UE in their meeting in Belgium gave to Brazil the category of a “global power “the one that could reach with the production of the “bio fuel” so demanded internationally to future And also it is consider the Brazilian geopolitical influence is much more solid that the Venezuelan

On the other hand Argentina, was far from this competition since in spite of to have paid the external debt with Venezuelan resources, there are lost by his foolishness and bad policies an enormous space in the region

On the other hand it is possible to emphasize external protagonism that tries to carve the argentine senator who pronounced a speech of closing in the conference of the Council of the Americas, (North American organization who groups to the main industrialists of the USA with interests in Latin America). The objective of the official candidate is to look for the arrival of foreign investments and to create a good climate with the industrialists who contribute to also strengthen the economic support for her to make her leadership becomes possible to emphasize the importance that she gives to the international means that prevail to the interest by those of their own country Also she will try to still constitute in mediator establishing friendly relations with almost all the countries those that do not maintain in a friendly dialog to each other

Although what we can realized is the aim of each country that emphasizes the anxiety to obtain its influence through their protagonism in the region being established unilateral bows and commercial agreements among them as happened recently in the visit from Argentina to Mexico or in its relation to Brazil and Venezuela

What lamentably it is not seen in a short nor medium term is the possibility of a strategic union in the style of the UE that it integrates to all the South American countries and promotes policies that benefit the internal economies from each country, On the contrary these countries (ones more than others) are becoming into serious situations as much in the economic policies, as in the lack of security and Institutional instability in spite of their external profits due to the providential conjuncture, obtaining a good image and favourable remarks in international reports But in this competition to gain leadership, powers and ideological impositions are looking for support getting international affinities are making greater the distance that separates among the countries of the first world

Argentina wants to begin “that transforming” in his foreign policy promoting a radical change respect to the belligerence of the past, although in anything it will benefit to the country, on the contrary it more and more meant cost, less investment and a false protagonism of external prestige that it will fortify to the senator in her international image when she leads her country which will more and more give her more support

While internally in Argentina it is present t the debate on the problems of recent the elect Head of the Government because the national government must grant to him the transference and resources that are delayed in the intention and the future fulfilment of the fixed commitment what surely it will be what disables him to do a good management, reason why would enable him to project next to others to a national leadership as president

Although surely it is made difficult to project nationally by lack of resources and not counting on a political structure that it can maintain the triumph of the election in each province, nor buying votes But anyway it does not even seem to so intensely worry to no leader from the opposition the serious situation since there is now still perceives the determination to focal their effort in “an agreement “that can prevent that the country is transformed into a “democratic dictatorship”, though is worth the paradox

A new form to govern outwards where protagonism and the personal power much more seem to be excellent and important that the prosperity and the international positioning of each country like which it has obtained the USA and all the countries of the first world

At the beginning of the XXIst century Cience and Technology swiftly advance in an attempt to improve mankind’s life quality. The members of the civilized countries are looking for the betterment of international energy transportation nets while commercially reaching closer in order to strengthen the economic growth and to get ready to face the snags derived from the increasing demand of new energetic sources.

A bunch of Latin American countries, however, have stepped into the “time tunnel” helped by certain tyrants that overthrew democracy disguised as rulers and put forward outdated ideologies with the aim of deceiving their own peoples. These peoples were sinking in serious institutional crisis springing from corrupt political corporations that triggered the chance for some opportunists to take power.

The region’s backwardness initiated in Venezuela with Hugo Chávez as the propeller of decay and performer of the trip to the past, the same goal of the Cuban Revolution that keeps the island detained in 1959 and at the expense of the dictator Fidel Castro.

The Cuban surrealism has arrived in this century bringing together some individuals who consider themselves “illuminated”: Chávez, Kirchner and the little man from the Bolivian highlands, Evo Morales, who are by the time developing their marxist aspirations associated to Rafael Correa in Ecuador and Daniel Ortega in Nicaragua. They wish to set up in the region leftist administrations that somewhat share the same ideology though do not wholly conform to their mesianic whims.

Hard economic times, energy crisis and high levels of corruption have led these characters to develop totalitarian regimes that subjugate the citizenship on a daily basis. Their menacing methods are supported by infamous officials and lawmakers who benefited by following this XXIst Century Socialism, a fantasy name to hide the obsolete Marxism.

The same strategies have been used to structure the whole thing, specially in the case of education that has turned into ideological indoctrination to brainwash the students through the worship of Ernesto ‘Che’ Guevara, a murderer who became popular among them by means of a romantic fiction that built a myth from a violent guerrilla leader, psychologically unbalanced.

No one is blame-free in absolutist regimes if he does not conform to the orders of the tyrants obsessed with the idea of attaining perpetuity while imitating the barbarian creator, the bearded dying tyrant who will be accompanied till death by the devils of concentrated hatred.

The worst human miseries have gathered together to defend the ancient slogans “homeland, socialism or death” or “to the victory for ever”, in the words of ‘Che’ after his bloody slaughters, and repeated today by Hebe de Bonafini, the foster mother of President Kirchner and true representative of all terrorists in the world.

Nowadays people have reacted and claim for their constitutional rights while the different tyrany applicants look desperate due to the lose of their false popularity. In Venezuela the students have taken the lead attracting the world’s admiration. In Argentina the administration has been defeated in the recent polls destroying the president’s triumphalist fiction, while he seems to have a short future in power. Bolivia is no exception. Evo Morales’ failure in the Constitutional Assembly has been already demonstrated, which will force him to recourse both to legal gadgets and menaces though he may not achieve his aims.

The way out is near and these nations are close to get out of the time tunnel and recover democracy.

A Story that for many is not known the situation of a few in the underdeveloped world In 1976 represents constituted the Arab Republic Democratic Saharaui, with the determination of the Polisario Front in an isolated place of the Sahara.

So as to understand about the subject we are making reference we must make a brief synthesis When Spain arrived at the coast of the Sahara was protect the flank with the Canary Islands, then Spain colonized a part of the territory

( Leer en español )

Years later Franco, the deceased ex– Spanish president, decided the retirement of his troops of the Western Sahara without exactly fulfilling the guidelines fixed by the UN and he yielded then the king of the region Morocco, Hassan II In 1975 the Moroccans crossed the border to annex the Western Sahara to their country

As a result of this situation and due to the invasion of Morocco after the Spanish decolonization Saharaui had to flee from their territory by the risk that meant for all that community the occupation. Finally the Saharauis settled down in an inhospitable place of the desert that granted Algiers to him

By chronicles it is known that around 250,000 people who constituted that community they began to strike camps in the desert to organize itself and from exile they conformed their own society

According to references, the ones who were responsible of the organization initiative and integration initially were the women, since the men had to leave to fight Gradually were organizing themselves with the international aid and was so they managed to build the campaigns in organized form Not only founded schools to teach to their children and to give education to them, but also took care of the health with the participation of doctors, professors etc… People who were educated when even it continued the war

This community constituted itself like a model of communitarian organization. These are nomadic tribes who were different from others by their social and cultural organization

When beginning the present year in the summit the Hispanic-Moroccan which was carried out in Rabat, by the conflict of the Sahara, the President of the Government of Spain, Rodriguez Zapatero, supported the Government of Morocco and endorsed the autonomy, that excludes independence from the territory Once again the Saharauis considered that to endorse the Moroccan Autonomy on the Western Sahara it meant to recognize early, according to the representatives of this community, the sovereignty of the Government of Morocco on the territory, even though that the historical antecedents demonstrate the opposite

Therefore expressions and the determinations on the conflict of the Spanish president for many did not mean a mediation attitude, nor pacific trying to look for a definitive solution and he didn’t doubt in taking part by Morocco intensifying more the increasing territorial conflict Therefore the attitude of the Hispanic president generated, in scopes of this community, a great frustration and indignation respect to its somewhat incomprehensible position
It was considered, that the Spanish Government “had lost his capacity of mediation and interlocution” because they have assumed a neutrality position as they did not have an attitude of “active partiality” in favour of Morocco” according to revealed journalistic sources.

At the moment the head of the delegation of the Polisario Front in the negotiations of peace with Morocco, Alí Beiba, affirmed that the first contacts were “warm and respectful”, according to the declarations of the newspaper the Khabar

In this meeting to obtain their independence with intervention of the Security Council of the UN the president of the Parliament of the Saharaui Republic affirmed that: although Morocco respect to this situation and that even they seems to have an unilateral position been present Spain in these conversations has allowed a warm relation between the parts that give certain hope of being able to continue advancing in their reclamations in the future

The UN has summoned to these negotiations between both representatives with the objective to unblock the process of peace in the Western Sahara

Let us remember that Morocco and the Polisario Front have been struggling by the sovereignty of the territory for approximately 30 years .for the Saharaui hope that the international community avoids a new bloodshed in North Africa and that it pushes to Morocco to a referendum is carried out or it at least recognizes the right from its town independence Although Morocco up to the moment continue offering an autonomy regime for the region

According to the press, when concluding the last meeting near New York “the UN announced that Morocco and the Polisario Front will return to meet in “the second week of August” to continue with the negotiations

It is to hope that although in the past the international mediation gave no results a new opportunity has failed in the resolution of the conflict that facilitates the UN allows reaching favourable agreements between the parts so that this community can finally take roots prescribing their rights that guarantee the legitimacy of their territory

“A transition and/or a according integration contribute to the success”

Finally the European Union reaches an agreement respect to the New Constitution that will have to be ready for its ratification in October. Although Polish objections existed on the concern referred to the “qualified majority vote” thy believe it had to be modified because it makes differences to the countries with more inhabitants and this would mean an extreme power to the bigger countries

Although this divergence was surpassed considering some solutions till they become to an agreement to postpone the new proposal. Merkel of Germany, Tony Blair from England and president of France Nicolás Sarkozy managed with effort to unify the differences.

( Leer en español )

The main objective of the agreement is to obtain better efficiency in the process of the decisions, to analyze the sovereignty degree to which the states members must resign and make active the reforms

Whereas in Spain, in press conference, the spokesman of the PP, considered “very unexpected” that in the Summit of the European Union have not talked about “the situation in which his country is suffering respect to the struggle against the terrorism of the ETA” although he doubted that president, Rodriguez Zapatero, had requested “solidarity” on the topic in the course of the summit, nevertheless he considered the attitude like a lack of “solidarity” before the problem that supports his country.

Both parties PSOE and PP are trying to evaluated ‚by determination of the present Hispanic government, some strategies to the fight against the ETA The Popular Party (the opposition) considers is due to rectify the course of actions and also to illegalized the ANV.

On the other hand in England Gordon Brown take the place of the prime minister at the Labour Party, in instances in which Blair is obtaining protagonism again, since after its interview with the Pope it was said : that there was a possibility that he be converted into the Catholicism considering that his wife and children profess the catholic faith.

Although Blair leaves his position while other presidents like Sarkozy in France, or Bush in the USA, were interested to look for a leading role for him at international stage although no position of relevance in international organisms it seemed to have placed yet for the protagonist Blair.

Brown, has also become the head of the Labour Party and has named to some particular leaders of his government for the new administration Although he seems to promise substantial changes having the benefit that his party nowadays is commanding the House of Commons Is interesting to know that this administration is disagree with the taking part of their country in the War of Iraq.

While in American continent the USA follows with interested the migratory problem since it is a relevance subject, soon the law project will vow in the Congress, it determines that:” it would be possible to be denied visas of work or tourist of by life to any captured person crossing the border illegally”, on the other hand Bush also ratified that “either will not obtain visa from entrance to the country the ones who have been part in illegal activities of bands”

This law, according to opinions, will reinforce the border and the labour norms creating a program for transitory workers, also will facilitate the residence and later the citizenship to million undocumented people in the USA.

On the other hand it surprises the campaign of Clinton for Latin America. The ex– president displayed a proposal in order to fight the poverty in that territory later extending to other regions of the world. This “Initiative for the sustainable development” will begin in Colombia, and will continue in Peru, Mexico and other countries of Latin America. The former president considers that as much America Latin as some regions of the USA, are distinct by the breach that exist between rich and poor

The development will be carried out with ONGs and local leaders developing considerations to improve the quality of life, also will try to reactivate the economic growth in sustainable way. Financing to the PYMES (small and medium companies) will help to facilitate their initiatives

Meanwhile in Central America Cuba a great opportunity of dialogue with the UE stands. But the island denied the possibility of participating in conversations that could improve the diplomatic bows with the European Union. The chancellery, according to declarations to the press, will not accept the invitation until the European continent does not raise the sanctions that imposed to the Caribbean territory after the halting of 75 dissidents in 2003, at that time they also insisted on the necessity to establish a democratic regime and to make respect to the human rights in the island Although the UE invited to Cuba to talk, refused to raise the sanctions

On the other hand from the sub continental Brazil requested to Venezuela to integrated to the MERCOSUR Although Chávez, asserts: “not to be very interested in the old MERCOSUR” nor worries too much to him to be associated to the organization

Due to the uncertainty that surrounds the acceptance of this country determinate Venezuela desist the visit from Chávez to Paraguay The country in which this month will take ahead the MERCOSUR summit. In those days Chávez will travel to Russia and Iran. One of his intentions is “to continue increasing a system of defence with Russia and with China since according to his announce “soon his country will have rockets with reaches of 200 kilometres

As a result of these constant attitudes of confrontation the ex– president of Poland and Peace Novel Prize, Lech Walesa, fustigate to the leaders of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez and of Cuba, Fidel Castro, during a press conference in his visit to Lima, Peru

He described to Chávez like:” a demagogue and Populist of enormous proudness that says a thing and does another one, it like to give people which does not belong to him taking advantage of the discontentment “. As far as Cuban leader, he said that “the humanity cannot allow that an individual makes the things that Castro does “

The most remarkable fact is that the Polish unionist (leader of the free union of the communist Poland, Solidarity) — who was president of his country by his constant fight against the communist regime– confessed that he lamented himself that at another moment “had squandered” five years of his life getting along with the Cuban revolution. According to journalistic sources he also remark:”that the injustice in the world is insisting to the emerging of the Populism and the rules of left, that they solved nothing in the past He also empathised that the Communism is a utopia that everywhere turned out to be ineffective for the world and is opposite to the human spirit”. Although it noticed that: “Capitalism, the free market and the democracy must be reformed a little to be more balances

Nevertheless in Argentina some “hope of change” before the necessity to transform the present situation that worry to great part of the population.

Fabiana Ríos will govern Tierra del fuego. The ARI representative (Acc independent Rep) turns out to be the first woman who will govern a province by the popular vote. At that same moment the triumph in the capital city of Mauricio Macri like head of Government was obtained (Divided PRO of CTO).

Revealing victories since they are indicating a clear message to the present government, due to his policies that are closing the economy without acceding to external investment and with little encouraging instruments towards the growth of the country becoming hostile towards the genuine investment of the resources. A message of need of change that will have to signal clear effectiveness to obtain a gradual transformation to the transformation that needs the country.

Finally it is possible to emphasize that the region is divided because could not find yet the indicate leader so as take the region to the unification and to joint of agreements in important issues as they are: the combat of the drug, the insecurity, the commercial interchange, to foment of the investment, the border control, the credit, the export and joint import towards the countries of the first world being unified tariffs, to define common rules so as to contribute to the effectiveness of the maintained growth, the democratization of each country with the single possibility of a re-election to make agile each management of government, the exigency to respect the continuity of these long term policies in the main areas so as to rich successful results, that is an integration with common guidelines that they balance the conditions of each country of the region.

All these slogans are those that to a certain extent Europe tries to seal to conform a unit that has as much organization at world-wide like the USA. It would be a benefit for the globalization if each region managed to conform unified continental blocks (like the UE) that contributed in joint form more and more to approach the breach that exists between rich and poor Nations.

Reason why also we pleaded like the Novel prize of Peace Walesa: “by a Latin American union that follows the example of the European Union and, to the time to provide solutions to the region, allowsing “to be against to the cynical ones, demagogues and Populists”.

Nowadays, seeing Venezuelan helicopters flying around Bolivian skies, or seeing the Venezuelan ambassador and his Cuban colleague actively taking part in official events is not surprising at all. However, these are unprecedented facts in Bolivian history and verify the intrusion of Venezuela and Cuba in the internal affairs of the country.

Senators asked the Chancellor explanations about such abusive interventions and why such challenge to national sovereignty is allowed in the name of cooperation. It is not acceptable that ideological coincidence and extreme poverty constitute an excuse to agree with actions that break legal precepts.

The close relationship between Hugo Chavez and Evo Morales has brought down the diplomatic limits of international support. Venezuelan intelligence agents, a copycat of Cuban intelligence agents, are in charge giving advice in areas that range from mass communication to state safety and are present in the majority of official public events, wearing ski masks.

( Leer en español )

It is evident that the Venezuelan head of state uses all the oil profits to buy wills and cause instability in many Latinamerican countries, with the only purpose of building up a socialist bastion of radical cut – a project he has baptized as ‘Bolivarian Revolution.’

Beyond the fact that Hugo Chavez has all the necessary cash resources to promote his personal agenda, it is also important to remember that Venezuela took active part, technically and economically, in the nationalization of Bolivian gas and in the negotiations of the contracts with foreign companies.

In his revolutionary adventure to conquer South America, Hugo Chavez turned Bolivia into his base of operations, from where he can easily influence the entire Andean region. To reach his goal, he counts with Evo Morales’s support as well as the adhesion of other beneficiary governments.

Several hundreds of millions of dollars conveniently distributed were able to achieve this “miracle”, even more so when this generous aid promises to demolish any nationalist suspicion.

In Bolivia, it is only necessary to prepare the needy and to seduce the radical groups; those active minorities that encouraged by “indigenism” have already enlisted in Chavez side. This explains the presence of Cuban doctors and educators who in fact are nothing but propaganda supporters.

The truth is that the Bolivian president has promised his help to Hugo Chavez building up the ‘twenty first century socialism’, an adventure targeted to the redemption of radical Marxism in the Americas. It is really nothing but a populist attempt sponsored by Chavez’s “long arm” and Castro’s shadow. This is a project brought out of a time tunnel and one which has found in Bolivia a radical component with strong totalitarian ingredients.

President Chavez’s intrusion in the internal affairs of the country is considered raving interventionism and a flagrant attack to national sovereignty. It has even managed to damage Evo Morales’s popularity, as Bolivians watch with growing disgust how Chavez has adopted the role of Evo Morales’s tutor and guardian and how he “exhibits” him as a sort of “godson”.

The situation gets even worse when during official events of the Bolivian government, Chavez takes the opportunity to verbally attack Bolivian congressmen and politicians of the opposition parties. This is not only an impolite and shameless attack to democracy but a display of total disrespect to the Bolivian Constitution, situation that has greatly faded away the image of the Bolivian president in a country with deeply rooted nationalism.

* Jorge Landivar Roca has been State Minister, National Representative, and Senator of the Bolivian Republic. He is currently a political analyst and columnist of several newspapers in Bolivia.

When describing someone who lives according to his values or ethics the phrase “a philosophy of life” is generally used. When talking about a philosophy applicable to governmental policies, a reference to the principles that justify those policies should be given.

However, those principles equivalent to a philosophy of life do no lie behind the different Latin American administrations that try to justify their totalitarian regimes without taking into account neither the feelings nor the needs of the people.

The illegitimate behaviour of unscrupulous politicians has taken different countries like Argentina, Venezuela, Bolivia, and recently Ecuador, to institutional chaos. Previously, the Cuban revolution had reduced the island’s population to servitude, being hard to understand why the situation is still going on 48 years after.

Though sometimes certain reprobation to Castro’s behaviour has been heard, the rebuff has always been weak, existing an international acceptance of the situation. “Poor Cubans; some day, with luck, things will change for them”. Yet, the same Castro-communism that enslaves its own people is extending itself in the region, mainly due to the new disciple in Venezuela.

Hugo Chávez, following the example of his Cuban master, fosters the same subjugating policies through the destruction of the state of right, the public insecurity and violence, the press censorship, the people’s impoverishment and systematic attacks to the institutions and religious faith.

It is a cancer infixed in the Caribbean that spreads throughout the region with the complicity of administrations that accept the marxist ideologies. Such is the case of the Argentine government that increased its staff with remnants of subversive groups which in the 70s tried to impose themselves violently, imitating the Cuban dictatorship.

It is impossible to forget Ernesto “Che” Guevara, the guerrilla inspirer who joined the Castro’s messianic project of taking the revolutionary pestilence to the Caribbean Pearl and then try to repeat the experience in other countries, hidden behind a romantic ideal image when in fact was concealing the personality of a brutal serial killer.

A lot has been done in the region to erradicate evil. The break-in of terrorist groups which first infiltrated the political parties and then the national life triggered a dirty war that was not supported by the community, declared enemy of these ideologies.

An important bloodshed took place at those times when the citizens should live together with the hazards of terrorism. Once defeated, the responsible terrorists were sued and condemned by Justice for their crimes. Later they were granted amnesty by opportunist administrations and are back today, crouched behind populist pseudo-democratic regimes, proposing a XXIst Century Socialism adapted to the thinking of the Cuban tyrant, which lacks any content that may resemble a “philosophy of life”

Psychotic manipulation coming from hatred and reveng vindicate a dreadful past initiated in Gramci’s standpoints. Kirchner, Chávez and Morales are the performers of this political plan aimed at subjugating the peoples by means of a past perverse ideology.

It is hard to believe that some keep talking about the “Cuban Model” as a betterment of life quality, even knowing what is going on and what is daily reported by the huge Cuban diaspora.

While the society remains helpless within a fictitious world arising from victimization, phony crimes and economic magic intended to distract and hide the ambitions of perpetual dictatorships, evil is coming closer.

Only a brave attitude on the part of the citizenship of the menaced countries, all together demanding the inforcement of the state of right, will allow the revival of our lost republics.

The great challenge we face is how to turn minor crime, street rioting and social upheaval into revolutionary violence. We know that we shall not be given anything willingly, that we shall be granted nothing from the powerful through voting and choosing deputies, senators or legislators to represent our interests. (Sergio Shocklender, The Right to Violence, 11-20-1999).

Dignity, integrity and freedom are the conditions needed for the functioning of a fair Republic, in which respect and laws protect honest citizens.

Since May 25, 2003, however, when Mr. Kirchner took office, all these bases have been replaced by indignity, injustice, insecurity and increasing violence that have imposed on society an ideologized imbalance, keeping the sovereign in slavery and servitude.

Nothing is casual. Everything was planned and discussed from a pathological, barbaric, and machiavellian dysfunction.

The alleged democratic appearance was hiding the true intentions of destroying the republic by disintegrating the social tissue. This planned strategy was announced by Sergio Shocklender in the days previous to the launching of the “Universidad Popular Madres de Plaza de Mayo”, when he stated:

“The matter of violence is one of the central issues in which each of us has to establish a standpoint and have definitions. This theme is generally avoided by the intellectuals and usually on the verge of political analysis, because it frightens. Due to the liberal, christian, reactionary discourse (and so on) that violence is evil; we have assumed that violence only generates violence, that peace is necessary. Moreover, we have assumed that mankind is good, when we know this is not so. Humanity is not bad, however, but the product of systems in diverse historical, political and social moments. It is a concrete data that violence exists; it is everywhere. Curiously, those who trigger violence against us are the ones that argue that we should not be violent, that we are to be tolerant because nothing is solved through violence.”

Schoklender’s words reflect those facts that overwhelm the people through an absolute power, backed up by the most abhorrent minds that survive in the social subsoil.

“Today is a place in which we live scared, within cabinets crowned with barbed wire, where after 7 pm the neighbors do not dare go out, where the chap gangs kill each other. That exists and anyone walking or working in the suburbs or slums would realize what I am talking about. This is not a reactionary discourse, but an attempt to recognize what is going on. Behind this reality data there are two discourses: that of the reactionary sectors who argue that people are bad, that more security is needed, that police’s wages should be raised, that more policemen as well as more police stations are needed, that tougher laws and more repression are to be set up. On the other hand we have the leftist, progressive discourse that argues: in fact this is not so; it is the media which are to blame. All violence is the product of exclusion, of margination, of impoverishment, of capitalism. Indeed, the intention is to enlarge this balloon, to make believe that there is too much violence that justifies repression.

This is what is happening nowadays in Argentina and the reason of those already planned events that are put forward by this character with the support of the ‘Mothers’, while setting up that dreadful place called ‘university’.

In the last ten years the experience of Latin America –of the world indeed– but specially of Latin America which is more familiar to me, shows that only those organizations and movements that have been able to change social violence into revolutionary violence are the ones that have been heard and succeeded in the negotiation table. The most significant example are the Colombian’s FARC. There is no military solution for social conflicts. There is no armed remedy. The solution will always be politic. But in order to be able to negotiate we should demonstrate that we are as strong as they are. This means to break up with many myths, being the biggest one the idea that violence is bad. Violence is bad, depending on who it serves. Crime is always bad because it identifies no enemy, because it confuses the enemy, because it understands that the neighbor is the enemy and not that the enemy is a ‘class enemy’. The enemy is a system to be destroyed, to be abolished. I want you to listen to some words brought by some comrades of La Cantora, a radio station that features the prisoners’ voices. One of these fellows states that petty crime, the trespassers, the picketers, those who roam the streets with an iron beater, are the only ones who face the system. We should succeed in changing that individual violence into organized violence.”

This is a clear example, as a mirror, of all that was systematically put forward in the whole country to scare the citizenship with state policies designed to strengthen the tyranny. The Argentines are used as hostages, showing the alliance between terrorism and organized crime.

The dismantling of the Armed Forces responds to certain strategic planning of the subversive organizations in Latin America, specially the FARC.

“If you think of violence, you think of many years of formation or deformation of the ‘humantiarian’ discourse, that is why we understand that organized violence is certainly the only alternative for the conquest of social claiming.”

The social claiming to which Schoklender refers to is what is imposed daily and openly through the hooded club-holding picketers, vindicated by the Justice and sheltered behind special human rights, while honest people are despised and scorned through the Power’s discourse.

“We should be able to identify those levels of violence, we should begin to organize ourselves and to prepare a systematized political and violent answer, because there is no other way out.

Knowing that the people would never accept this in the polls, these subversive groups settled down, disguised behind a lie supported by the presidential couple and within a traditional political party, that did not see or refused to see the fellows behind.”

In this way, thanks to a naive 22%, the citizens were betrayed and exposed to a programmed insecurity which would keep them panic-stricken and dependant of dehumanized terrorists.

“Only for the federal system there are three more jail complexes on the go. They are not likely to be enough. But for certain exceptions, all those within come from the marginal sectors and many of them are there because they refused to accept what it is imposed on them.

The anticipated freeing of thousands of felons shows the necessary relationship of an accomplice Justice with corrupt officials in the security areas, who yield to revenge sectors that misjudge not only the law but also the contitutional granting while putting in serious risk the citizens’ life and freedom.”

The future is at stake while danger lurks the Nation’s destinies. The rescue operation could only be led by those honest citizens who dare face the challenge and choose faithful men to represent them through democratic polls.

On April 30, a new anniversary of the thirty year old Madres’ organization, something took place at Plaza de Mayo: the guerrilla party headed by Hebe de Bonafini standing on a stage specially designed for the occasion and decorated with a huge banner emphasizing “to the victory for ever”.

The act began amidst musical chords, babbling and laughing. Hebe de Bonafini addressed the audience with a subversive speech similar to the one a guerrilla leader would use with his troop.

As usually, rude epithets for those considered “the enemy” came out from her mouth.

The main axe of her discourse were the apologies to the bloody dictator Fidel Castro; then she praised Hugo Chávez, Evo Morales and Néstor Kirchner, who were the focus of the madam’s drivelling for their pseudodemocratic values.
While pathetically defending morality, Hebe talked about ETA, the FARC and other organizations that foster hatred through boisterous crimes. She fiercely vindicated the “idealist youngsters” that took power violently, crushing the societies of the 70s.

This lady tries to place these fellows in the category of “heroes”, defenders of the people and martyrs who fought for a better homeland, when in fact they were barbaric militants who brought into the country the projects of the Castrist revolution.

In her passionate discourse the words “guerrilleros” and “revolucionarios” were always present. She addressed the meeting with these terms, including her collaborators and the artists involved in the festival. The dissonant shouting of revenge called for the audience not to lose the chance obtained after the organization’s thirty year fighting.
The impostor human rights defender, friend of Hizbollah, ETA, the FARC and the Cuban regime did not hesitate in claiming the participation of all these revolting groups together with the Madres de Plaza de Mayo organization, which is in fact the shelter of international terrorism.

After reading the enrollment notes among which were those of Fidel Castro, Hugo Chávez and Mr. and Mrs. Kirchner, the alleged leader welcomed the different deputies of the single thinking who were there on behalf of the variety of movements settled in diverse countries.

The hideous parade ended with musicians and singers of diverse origins embarked in the same slogans: the revolutionary fight that they fiercely intend to install with the necessary collaboration of the totalitarian administrations in Latin America.

The red thinking is openly issuing its claimings in public spaces, placing as its leader an usurper who (ab)uses of international sponsors and that has become the speaker of terrorist organizations.

This mise en scene took place with the presence of Mr. Kirchner’s foster mother and certain adherents who belong to the terrorist blemish scattered worldwide. Just disgusting, as they introduced Argentina as the headquarters of international terrorism.

Forty eight years after, the inhuman dictador Fidel Castro keeps twisting himself among his victims, tortured and political prisoners in that island turned into a jail; not even a defective health has made him change his mind.

This damned character, psycologycally altered, goes on vindicating the bloody revolution, though today he is very close to sharing his space with Satan. The Cuban diaspora, however, is still enduring in the exile the poisoned arrows that this tiny Lucifer throws continuously. Fearlessly and wherever they are, they strive to help their brothers, slaves of the regime in their own land and suffering all kinds of violations to the human condition, which is controlled by the tyrant even in their poor feeding.

When the inhabitants of Latin America condemned this perverse treatment carried out by the Castro-marxism, it was not expected that other countries in the region would become infected. This situation was not exclusive for the Caribbean Pearl. In Venezuela came onto the stage a disciple of the aged dictator, Hugo Chávez, who did not take power through a revolution but by means of a democratic process, deceiving the society with false promises. After a certain time, he left the lamb’s disguise behind and showed the paws and teeth of a savage monster, a true copy of the bloody bearded.

The Venezuelan landscape appears as sinister as the Cuban one. The Caribbean monarch, more decided than ever to subjugate the citizens through threats and violent attitudes, is trying to set up a sinister regime of prize and punishment, with no choice for those who dare rebel against him. Thus began the exodus of Venezuelans who are reluctant to be manipulated by the unbearable red-reddish revolution. This constitutes a new diaspora, that, in the same way as their Cuban brothers, is taking refuge in democratic countries.

Bolivia has been no exception. The minute upland man is forcing the Bolivians to leave their soil for the same reason: the search for freedom denied in their own homeland.

At this moment Argentina is a victim of this symbiosis. President Kirchner, infected by the same hatred, is creating his own Castro-marxist revolution that has already destroyed the Republic and is now after the honest citizens who are reluctant to be submitted to such a baleful ideology. Overwhelmed and fed up, the social body faces the same dilemma, since the future appears engaged to a political corporation eager to fulfil their revenges and past hatred coming from the defeat suffered in the dirty war.

Does the massive exodus will be the next step for the Argentines due to the barbaric situation and the meanness put up by the current misgovernment? Does by chance exist any opportunity to remove such a calamity through the coming elections next October?

If not, the airports will be crowded.
